Our caretaking service includes:

• Checking to see that the building is secure
• Yard clean up, remove leaves, clean gutters
• Make sure pipes and systems are in working order
• Oversee outside contractors

We are available for portions of the year or can be retained on an annual basis to help maintain your vacation or second home.
